Beautiful area and lake.No em va agradar: FYI - water pressure is low for showers and hand washing. Not a negative, it’s ties in with sustainability and the solar power.
Excellent site, with clean facilities and friendly staff. Hidden gem!

No em va agradar: Only small issue was with the water pressure that was a bit sporadic, but the site are working on that.
The staff are lovely and friendly and the lake is brilliant.

No em va agradar: The showers, very poor water pressure. People shouting to others to turn of taps ect.

Lake provided lots of fun on paddle boards and swimming.
Friendly and helpful site warden and staff in cafe lovely.
Able to walk to local pub for meal.No em va agradar: Could hear generator from our pitch but got used to it. Fully understand necessity and was kept to reasonable hours.
Gorgeous site, kept clean and tidy …

No em va agradar: Showers were hit and miss with water pressure and temperature but all added to the camping experience
The campsite was in a lovely location but showers are an issue

No em va agradar: There is an issue with the showers. If anyone else is in any of the showers or toilets/sinks then there is no water in the showers. This meant it was very difficult to have a shower. It was the talk of the campsite. We raised the issue but were just told they didn’t have sufficient water.

If we needed anything staff were available. New toilet block is great. Good site for children- the carpark is between the lake and the campsite so safe for childrenNo em va agradar: The water pressure for the showers is an issue when there is more than one person using the showers. It also comes through cold at times. So it would be great if this could be improved. After being in the Lake you want a nice hot shower.
Apart from this the showers are clean and spacious and when they work well, are lovely.
Second time back at Litton Lakes …

*Beautiful views
*Huge open field for the kids to play
*Amazing paddleboarding/swimming lake which kept our kids entertained for hours

*Dog walking fieldNo em va agradar: *The toilets nearest to the lake weren't very clean and sadly didn't smell great at all. No soap in dispensers on several visits. Yes we could have phoned the warden and reported it, but to be honest we had expected the toilets to have been cleaned regularly and that this would have been sorted.
* Most non electric pitch campsites we've visited recently have a shared fridge and or freezer. This would be a great addition at Litton Lakes.
