There is so much to do around here, if you didnt get to it this time you must visit The Hawthorne Trench Experience in Elham(10mins drive) next time. It is superb .

No em va agradar: Everything was great except a large camping group that were loud despite Wayne doing his best to tell them to keep it quiet.
Hi there, thank you for your review...Wayne did indeed do his best to get them to put a sock in it !! It was such a shame as we really dont very often get rowdy people, on the whole the campers that stay with us are all about peace, quiet, friendliness and consideration for everyone, its what we promote here. We dont allow large groups from now on!!
We are pleased it hasnt put you off and it wont happen again.

It was nice to be able to choose where to pitch in the wild camping field which is very large and no overcrowding.
Must admit toilet and shower arrangement bit of a shock on arrival but did not take long to appreciate and "enjoy" composting toilet and converted horsebox showers.
The big bonus on this site is the owner and staff who were all incredibly friendly and helpful. 5 Star plus to everyone!!
Certainly looking forward to return visits.
