Wonderful location. Warm welcome with plenty of useful information. Excellent facilities and good pitch with spectacular views and sheep snoozing over the fence. Easy walk into Kirkby Lonsdale to pub and town. Great space for lots of frisbee and football! Would definitely recommend.

Only 2 showers when lots of people.
Admittedly you get a entire changing room and 4 open showers, but when they are both taken, only 2; it can be a 20 minute wait for someone to come out:
Club house wasn't open much whilst we were there which was a shame as we like to have a evening pint

The views were good the toilets were clean

It was over priced as we were on basically a car park with electric and we couldn’t put out our awning or windbreak as ground was too hard on Saturday the rugby was on so the cars were passing most of afternoon creating a lot of dust

Location. Handy for the centre. Site drains very well.

Price. Been visiting here for years and the prices were very reasonable initially however increased substantially.

We’re welcomed when we got there and shown to our pitch. Fantastic views and let you’ve up in the position you want. The site has everything you need, very clean and only a 5 minute walk to Kirkby Lonsdale.

Great site. Simple but with all needs, showers and plenty of space for changing and washing everyone.
Dishwasher space and plenty of space for children to play.

The location, the staff, the view. It’s like wild camping but with electricity (if you chose it), private showers/changing rooms. Fresh drinking water, washing dishes area and waste disposal. Club house is great too and you maybe lucky enough to watch a match. About a ten minute walk into the village. A lot cleaner than some of the named sites we’ve stayed on this year! Very dog friendly with lots of other dogs staying on site.

Bins were full to the brim so had to leave rubbish next too. Will be better once the steps down to the field are finished. Maybe showers/toilets could be cleaned everyday?
Couldn’t get on the WiFi but wasn’t bothered as phone signals worked fine.

Great site, spacious pitches and great value for money. Showers and toilet block excellent and scenery just beautiful. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Very well organised set up - had a drink in the clubhouse and enjoyed a bit of rugby too - short walk to lovely village - will definitely be back.
