No em va agradar: Not the sites fault but the 3 dogs opposite who were outside the caravan and barked every time someone passed spoiling my peaceful early morning coffee.
Thank you for your review - we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and found it to be a great location. We advertise that we allow children and dogs on site so there is a chance there will be some on neighboring pitches. Our pitches are fairly spacious but there is always a risk that even dogs who never normally bark are intrigued by folk walking past, no matter how far away it might be. Glad you enjoyed your stay and if you decide to book again maybe pop it in the notes and we could check for you prior to your arrival, although we can't guarantee it!

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und angenehm weitläufig. Für Hundebesitzer gibt es direkt hinter der farm einen riesigen Rundweg mit tollem Ausblick.

The grounds are very well maintained and pleasantly spacious. For dog owners, there's a huge circular trail with a fantastic view directly behind the farm.

No em va agradar: Local pub opened sporadically and didn’t do hot food.. toilet/shower block and bit of a walk but not really a complaint
So pleased you've tried one of our Bell Tents - a night under canvas in a real bed! The pub normally does hot food, is about to change hands and will be open through the season but we always recommend booking and checking what is available. There is always the Barn Tearoom you might try for a hot evening meal but again, phone and book.
It's hard to get a bit of peace but get you closer to the facilities - we might have to work on that one!

Oh that's so kind! We try and offer a selection of places to stay so you can come with your caravan and bring friends to stay in our lodges, bell tents or shepherds hut. Everyone is welcome and it's good to see families spending time together who might not usually have been able to.
It's very hot today - you might not be as keen in this heat but the grass is still green, for now!

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: Everything, quiet, peaceful, fabulous stars at night (if you’re outdoors late), 10min walk to great pub that is dog friendly, 6miles from Pickering or Helmsley.
A great dog walk around the farm site or loads of other walks nearby… no need to drive.
Showers and toilets are top notch.
Site is immaculately kept, grass well mown, nice hedges between pitches and not camping on top of each other.
