No em va agradar: A bit of a shame that Wi-Fi is charged at £4 for 24hrs…although I guess it helps you switch off. (It’s a remote location with no mobile signal)
Hello thank you for your comments, we are pleased you enjoyed the facilities and our farm yard gang. Due to our rural location, we have had to install super fast fibre to the site. The logistics of installing this do result in a small charge per device, however many of our customers enjoy an unplugged experience whilst visiting the farm. We hope to see you again, best wishes

Glamping accommodation outstanding, cosy and well equipped. Affordable for all as you can chose the accommodation to suit you best. We love the animals and the freedom to interact with them during your stay. Lovely cafe and on-site shop means you don’t need to leave if you don’t want to.
No em va agradar: This site could have been better managed in the evening on this occasion. Guests with slightly older children very loud, disruptive and disrespectful until after midnight around their own and others accommodation. Another guest reported to have told the site manager however this was not delt with and put a dampner on our night, which is such a shame as the reason we returned was because our first visit was so peaceful and means we may not return.
Thank you for returning to us here at Humble Bee Farm and for your positive comments about the location, your accommodation, the farmyard gang and the Hive Café bar.
As you say, guests can stay onsite for the duration of their stay if they so wish, enjoying the facilities and the delightful countryside which surrounds our site.
With regards to your additional comments about the management of the site with regards to other guests.
If any guests have a query or an issue they feel needs attention, then we have an open door policy by way of our onsite reception which is open seven days a week from 9am.
If the Hive is open (which is has been every day including evenings during the main summer holidays) then guests can also let a member of the team know if anything needs attention.
The purpose of this is so that guests can speak directly to a member of the team and then the appropriate action can be taken in as soon as possible by the manager or supervisor on duty.

Facilities are excellent. Nice clean shower room. Wash up room also spotless.

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: The farm itself and the big chief wigwam were awesome! The kids had a cool playground and went hunting for eggs each day. The showers were spotless and really warm, so nice to get a really modern place coupled with the beauty of the views.
