Everything really. It was our first camping trip with our young daughter. Super pleased. Toilet block clean and accessible for the quick run when the child calls you super last minute. Pitch bigger than I imaging to be. We didn't had a chance to try evening entertainment, so won't comment on this. But waterpark simply amazing for the families. Soft play, beach so close is a win win. Amazing food options. We will be coming back for longer stay next time.

Nothing really

Disliked the over priced pitch. The wardens were lovely James & Hope very helpful. Really expensive. Wi-Fi wasn’t free as advertised and it’s way too commercialised there for us. Toilets/showers shabby. Water always cold and cobwebs in them too could do with updating in there. Families may like it there but it’s not for couples

Reception staff really welcoming. Showed to pitch by polite warden. Good sized pitch. Entertainment wasn't too busy. The train to the theme park is still running that I rode on nearly 20 years ago so that was good too!

Toilets were not regularly clean which was weird as they were regularly cleaned when I used the same toilets under a year ago. The entertainment was was poor for holiday unity, seemed low quality for camp site that in previous years has has amazing entertainment.

Stayed in the brown pitch was fantastic size pitch, toilets and showers were amazing, washing up room and launderette great to use when needed. Staff were brilliant and friendly. Onsite shop really useful and staff lovely. Loved onsite Chinese and chippy that we used and kids loved swimming.

Left day and night early due to idiots next to us who were drunk and shouting throughout the night and kept us all awake so left early as didn't want another sleepless night so very disappointed to leave early but had no other option. Obviously not the camps fault as you can't know who is gonna be camping but with small beach tent and no vehicle next to us they were gonna be idiots and when shouting ***** the neighbours through the night it makes you feel slightly unsettled and don't want to stay or leave your tent.

Loved that the beach was so close we could have a lovely walk. Carole and Kevin were amazing, you can absolutely tell they love their job but I think they need to have people on hand at night time!

Inconsiderate guests, nightly the women’s and Men’s toilet/shower block had blocked toilets and even one night kids decided to have a chocolate biscuit fight (this was on the 1st night)!! Ignorant guests parking caravan up to their guide line and not using the rest of the space given, meaning we could not set out our tent correctly, complained when we were first pitching up and also to reception but no action taken! The curfew was totally disregarded and we were kept awake until 1am the night before we had to depart. I don’t think we will be back!

Well organised. Clean site with good pitches. Good facilities for the kids, we didn't see them much from morning til night as they were out having so much fun so we had loads of peace. Lots to see and do locally too. We got married in Glastonbury during our stay this time so it was extra special to us. Will definitely be back for a 3rd visit and many more.

There was trouble on site and the police had to tend to a man that had his nose and ribs broken. The trouble makers were removed from site but not nice to see/hear. There was quite a lot of drunken trouble though not the fault of the site/staff. Some people are just vile.
