The new cafe/bar is a great addition.Owners and staff all very welcoming and helpful. The views are fantastic and having the beach within walking distance allowed great memories to be made. This was our second visit but certainly won't be our last.

No em va agradar: Turning into campsite needs to be a LOT wider, as we very nearly bumped our caravan, people with caravans need to aware of the tight Turning, &showers on site not good,,(farm dog pooing everywhere) would recommend this site if they widened the entrance.

No em va agradar: Sadly the portable toilet and shower arrangement was not nice, although clean the showers took £1 coins only and lasted 2 minutes from the time you put the money in. The site was one of the more expensive sites and you do not expect to pay for showers! Then the coffee shop/bar closed at 5pm this was disappointing after a long drive.
Hi Sarah, The showers take 20p or £1, sorry if this wasn't explained to you. 20p does 3 minutes £1 15 minutes.
I notice your booking was a wednesday for one night. The Coffee shop/bar has been open until 10pm thursday to sundays until now, but we are now open until 10pm every night during half terms and holidays. Thanks :)

Recommenced catching the train to Barmouth from Llywngwrill station. Great selection of cafes, bars and pubs. The fish and chip shop in Fairbourne is excellent.No em va agradar: Do not turn right into site from Dolgellau - it is very tight! 100m further on there is a wide road to the right - reverse into it and turn into the site from the left.
Fabulous site easy walk to beach. Peaceful location .

liked the security cameras as a caravaneer stole my candles when i was out and retrieved them due to the said camera footageNo em va agradar: dusty road, locks on toilet were broken,uneven piches
sea views were ok if you had a long neck
noisy foul mouthed neighbours and music and a caravelle day van that liked banging his sliding doors at any time of day and night
did not like the beach as you could not get on it easily as it is all uneven stones no actual beach in site
did not like the farm dog who pooed in front of my van and so had to pick it up
did not like 20p payment for shower at £30 fee should have been included
