No em va agradar: Toilet block, I need not go into what’s been said previously by others but the toilet block should be closed and bulldozed immediately- I say immediately and bulldozed as they are that bad and WELL past there sell by date!!
Having paid towards top rate for a pitch at £35 a night I was expecting better facilities in the way of sanitary block.
I’m assuming the site is a work in progress and I look forward to seeing it completed but the existing toilet facilities should have been invested in first before charging such a high rate.
I’d consider only allowing motorhomes and caravans with onboard toilet and showering facilities only - in an effort to allow the permanent closure of the dilapidated toilet block.
I’ve deliberately chosen not to upload photos as again I’m assuming the site is work in progress!

Lovely greeting when we arrived and directed to most likely suitable pitches for the tent.
Fantastic sized pitch close to the toilet block and forest walk.
We have only stayed the one night but have absolutely loved it, my son was disappointed when some reviews I read highlighted camping may not be available next season, we are keeping our fingers crossed there will be a tent section as we would love to come back!No em va agradar: –

Set in the woods with a lovely pond you can have a fire and relax all weekend. Mobile phone signal is poor buy there is WiFi. This may bother some people but we enjoy not using our phones or social media for a few days.
No em va agradar: The facilities could do with an upgrade and better supervision of other guests could be improved. People are told to pitch wherever they like, however common sense is rarely used.

No em va agradar: The worst toilet block ever . Dirty, smelly and very outdated . Dishwashing sinks outside . no good in the cold or
rain . The site could do with a decent grass cut and good tidy up
Its our choice to let people choose their own spot, people like that and the park is not even half full, if you prefer the more regimented park then others offer that . thankyou for taking the time to leave a review . the toilets will not be upgraded and will close in september . we will decide over winter what we might offer camping wise next season.
