Welcoming Staff, secure site, good facilities, nice on site walk through wooded trees and around fishing lake.

Slightly noisy visitors on touring field but this is no reflection on the site.

Pod clean and well situated. Friendly staff and helpful. Loved our cosy night away will return for longer next time.

Myself and 3 friends stayed in the pod and it was very spacious. It easily fit in 4 air beds. The campsite felt safe and the people were friendly. The bathrooms were very clean. We had a great time, no complaints.

I’m not sure if wifi was included I always leave my data on, it could be.

I found the place exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location is absolutely amazing. The size of the pitches, and the communication between me and the management were perfect... I could not find a fault in the campsite and its management.

As for the other campers, ...

This comment has nothing to do with the campsite itself, but some of the campers.
I specifically requested a quiet spot since I am travelling for studying and writing. I do not like noise, children running around, parties, etc. Most of the time, the place was quiet but I wish that people who own campervans and large caravans realised that we, in tiny tents, can hear everything, and I mean everything. There is no need to clean, move, wash, bang, or talk at 5.30am. I wish people would keep their children next to their settings; I wish people would not set up shop at 11.30pm, with a crying child, while I am trying to sleep / study / relax 3 mt away from you, I wish that people would be quieter than their barking dog...

The management took the matter seriously and I cannot be thankful more because I felt heard and understood, but discretion and respect for other people's space and boundaries would be much appreciated in the future.

So, if you, like me, are looking for peace and quiet in a tent, make sure you are not wedged between caravans and campervans.

Location, layout of site. Reception/office/laundry area pleasant but could be improved.

I believe they are refurbishing areas of site. They need too. Showers are not great and level of staffing not good. 1cleaner who barely grunts at you. Received pleasantly but said goodbye to another grunter.
Great fishing lake but it and area around it needs help! Would not require much effort to manage it well.
I do hope they get it sorted, only 4 other people when we left!
Potential but presently can feel the stress!
Chemical loo, car wash, bins not labelled! All good facilities but not pleasant areas to be in…needs smartening up and maintaining better….
