Size and shade on pitch Pool Reception

Facilities were always clean and available. Site was very quiet at night. Pool was amazing in the heatwave. The staff were excellent and the food was good.

Excellent site with modern clean facilities and lovely staff. The views from a welcoming pool were brilliant. Restaurant choice of two-course menu, all well cooked and prepared. All very reasonably priced. Very close and easy walking distance to the village and nearby Monastery Yuso and buses you can easily get to Monastery Suso or walk up the hill as we did.

Nothing can think of during our stay. Some pitches may be difficult to manuever big units.

This is a lovely quiet peaceful camping site ,clean facilities and grounds kept well ,and good location to visit logrono and vineyards in Rioja .Alejandro ,who had good English welcomed us, was friendly and helpful to all our requests .It is in the countryside so quiet and had beautiful views and fellow campers were lovely.Great facilities two pools one shallow wand deep and other a children’s pool .It had ping pong,volleyball ,football goals playground and fuzz ball to keep kids entertained.There was a little shop if need small supplies and a bar and restaurant .We found this amazing restaurant 15 minute walk from site el Molino de san Milan and food was delicious,pizza for two 14e and double burger which my husband struggled to eat 14 e ,I would recommend it highly with wine from local winery .

We didn’t eat any food in the restaurant on site As menu limited ,only uses shop for milk and treats for kids .We did drink in the bar in the evening ,it had lots of locals and people who stayed regular in the camping site who where mostly Spanish .The book did get a lot of bugs and flies due to being in the country side so needed to be cleaned a bit more often .it was difficult to get into the campsite and pitch up due to size of our caravan 8 m we were not too bad as my husband experience driver but for novice might be difficult.

Not easy getting site with a caravan

Location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized pitch. Spotless toilets and showers

Swimming pool closed. Couldn’t find laundrette. Access a little difficult.

The site is lovely, quiet, pretty, well kept, good size pitches with electric and water on the pitch. The facilities are good and clean.

Sadly the restaurant lets it down.
The waitress put our cutlery on the table holding the knife’s by the blades and the forks by the tinges.
We had pizza, which weren’t the best, but we spoke to the owner who was keen to know and said they will make changes so hopefully better in the future.

Friendly, relaxed, good restaurant and facilities. Ideally located for exploring Rioja region.

What a beautifully situated site. In the heart of La Rioja surrounded by lush pastures and wooden hills and snowy mountains. We received a warm welcome in contrast to the chilly weather and were glad of a great home cooked meal in the cosy restaurant as the heavens opened. Easy stroll up to the monasteries of Yuso and Suso and great place to visit local vineyards. We will be back one day to spend more time walking in those hills. The facilities were excellent with plenty of hot water and good pitches.
