Great facilities, which were also very clean. Pool was perfect for the kids.

Nice, quiet site

Not happy that the pool was closed, although it was meant to be open until October. And the restaurant was closed on our final night.

I've originally booked a tent pitch, but when the time came, the weather turned out to be very rainy.
The lady was covering the kitchen and the reception in the same time, helped me ro change my booking from a tent pitch to a bungalow.
Even though she had no time for me, she was super helpful!
I would definitely go back again 👍👏

The site was very well placed for us to be at the Tunnel by 9 the following morning. It was very peaceful and the pitch was large. The dog enjoyed the circular walk from the campsite. The toilet block was small but clean.

Wonderful friendly staff, large pitches with privacy hedging, all services on the pitch, good facilities and great ambience about the site. Will definitely stay here again rather than LBA.

I arrived travelling from the Netherlands with fever and am a single mum of 2. So unfortunately when we arrived my son who has adhd and mild autism had an incident with the restaurant manager and I was not there when it happend. My son was grabbed by the arm by the restaurant manager as he thought he was throwing stones at the swimming pool dome. When in fact it was another boy and my son was collecting stones as he is obsessed with them. My son does not like being touched and is very sensitive to this. But No Child should be touched by an strange adult. This made me feel unsettled as I was struggling just to look after the children and told them not to go to the play ground till I felt better when normally my kids always go to the play ground by themselves as he is 11.

Besides this incident we had a good stay.

Camping layout is a bit chaotic and struggled with my 8ft wide caravan when it was busy due to the cars parked near the bent.

Nice spacious pitches, great facilities, friendly staff

The pool, which is the reason we booked it. Was complete chaos. It needs to be supervised. Also the site just needs a bit of a tidy, grass needs cutting, there was rubbish on the floor too. It has potential to be a really good site. Maybe we were just unlucky

Quiet location. Very clean and friendly site. We were stopping for a couple of nights before travelling further. Lots of space and safe for children to play.
