Good location.

Cleanliness of facilities, very tired, needs updating. Very bumpy roads surfaces especially when pulling caravan. Says dog friendly but no facility to walk dogs safely. Hard standing pitch almost a mud bath so was unable to erect awning. Left early, sadly wouldn’t return.😞

Loved the area and the site. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and it was nice to have a bar/restaurant on site as the rain prevented us from being able to eat outside using our cadac. Having Wells City and Wookey Hole close by was a huge bonus - we managed to visit both during our short stay.

Unfortunately the rain became torrential at times and the winds were gaining up to 50mph. We decided to cut short our stay after 3 nights as we had a long journey home and wanted to travel back before the weather got any worse.

The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is that we like to visit different places each time we go away. Nothing to do with the site itself.

Great site bar and grill was amazing also catered for my partner and my boy who have celiac disease.
Pool was nice and warm kids loved it will definitely be returning

Things to do for the kids

Maybe toilets ect could be cleaner

Site is well located for all the main spots in Somerset and you get a discount on Woolley hole. Good size shop well stocked. Site has faculties for the family and the girls liked the pool

Pitch was quite small and being next to the toilets wasn’t great given the smell. We pulled up and no one was in reception and the number wasn’t being answered. Ended up having to go into the site to find someone and once I did there was another four people wanting to check in. Some very deep pot holes in the roads

Very close to the bus stop. Well stocked bar. Helpful and friendly staff. Good range of facilities. Clean.

Excellent family friendly site.

Toilet block could do with a bit of a freshen up, but they are fully functional purely just cosmetic.
