There seemed to be no enforcement of noise curfew so both nights I was kept awake (or woken at 2am) by large groups

Sad to see scorch marks in field. Not the sites fault but maybe include a rule that all fires must be off the ground.
A noisy group of teenagers may have disturbed some campers. We were far away not to be bothered.

Big open space, not too crowded. Toilets and showers clean and pretty! Small shop on site where we could purchase firewood for camp fire…bonus! Friendly staff.

I booked this site on the basis of having a wonderful view of fields in the distance as shown in one of the photos. However this could only be seen in the washing up/sink area. The sinks were not particularly clean and no hot water.

The uneven ground.

Lovely big open space, no crowding, loads of privacy as tents only pitched round the outside of the field. Plus- horses in the next field!

Pitch wasn’t too even (hill); sinks in washing up area weren’t very clean; other than that, very nice and we enjoyed ourselves a lot :)

We had a wonderful time staying in one of the pods with our young kids (5 and 2 years old). It was the perfect setting for the kids to run freely and play all day long. The playground was very close to our pod, so our kids made friends with other kids camping and absolutely loved it.

The pod itself was very clean and well-presented. It was cold in the evenings, but we were snug and comfortable in our pod. The communal bathrooms were regularly cleaned with showers that are accessible 24/7.

There was loads to do with kids in the local area. For us a highlight was doing a 5km hike in the Hastings Country Park. It was a wonderful holiday and we highly recommend this campsite.

Toilets and showers were clean, hot and not portable which was great especially for the price. Nice size felid, we had a generous pitch.

Very clean site. Showers and toilets all functional and the cleaning crew were always around. Washing up facilities and a communal fridge. Very private even on a busy bank holiday weekend. Would stay again. Highly recommend.
