We appreciate your comments about the pitch layout. Regarding the heating in the toilets, if you had raised this during your stay, we would have dealt with it immediately, as no other guests reported any issues at the time and have left comments regarding how warm our shower block is, however we thank you for your comment as we are always looking at ways to improve.

We understand that the noise from the A55 and the railway can take some getting used to, and we’re sorry if it affected your stay. Many of our guests enjoy the convenience of our location, but we appreciate it’s not for everyone. We hope to welcome you back in the future and provide an even better experience.

We appreciate your feedback regarding pitch size and the nearby road and railway. As you mentioned, the park is located between the A55 and the railway line, which can sometimes be noticeable, and we always try to make guests aware of this when booking.

Our location does make a great base for exploring North Wales, so we’re glad you were able to make the most of it. As you mentioned, we are close to the main route, which can be noticeable at times, but many guests say they soon get used to it.

The park’s layout, including the positioning of the electric, water and waste points, was designed before we took over the site, so some pitches do have services located in slightly different positions depending on the plot. To help with this, we do have extension leads available to hire for a small refundable deposit, and our team is always happy to assist guests with any setup issues.

We believe no concerns regarding the water or electric hook-up were raised with our team during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have been more than happy to help, and we can confirm that alternative pitches were available at the time.

Being close to the railway line and within easy access of the A55 does mean there can be some background noise at times. However, this location also makes the park a convenient base for exploring North Wales and the surrounding areas.

We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the easy access to the beach, but we're sorry that overall your stay wasn’t as comfortable as we would have hoped.

Thank you also for your feedback regarding the men’s showers. Following your comments, we did check the facilities and can confirm that there is a mop and bucket available in the men’s toilets for guest use. However, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it may not have been clearly visible at the time, and we will review the positioning and signage to ensure it’s easy to find.

In terms of cleaning products, unfortunately we’re unable to leave these out for guest use due to COSHH regulations and general Health & Safety requirements. All cleaning chemicals must be stored securely, and our team carry out regular cleaning checks throughout the day to maintain standards.

We’re sorry to hear that the road and train noise affected your stay, but we appreciate your feedback. We also understand that some of our gravel pitches may require additional levelling depending on individual setups, and we always recommend bringing suitable levelling equipment.
