Multiple fresh water points so easily accessible to all pitches.
Large grass pitches with wild flower borders.
Very clean and modern toilet and shower facilities.
Easy access to foothpaths leading to the village.
Bus stops within a very short ditance of the site so you can visit either Norwich or Wroxham (gateway to the Broads).
Friendly owner.
The barn itself is due to be opening an eatery in the near future.
Although just off a main road, the site was very peaceful.

Waste (Grey) water disposal is not at ground level.

The showers and toilet block are clean and modern. The pitches are great as they are clearly marked by a lovely flower boundary and the place is very quiet.

Loved it here so much we came back this year.
Super location, a genuinely lovely owner who couldn’t do enough to help. Relaxed atmosphere, close to paddleboarding places and even a really nice pub.
Can’t wait for the restaurant to open - and can’t wait to come back.

The site was really clean and tidy and the space the pitches had were fantastic.
The owner checked on us every day and could not do enough for us.

Nice big pitches, well maintained and tidy.

Perhaps an additional shower or toilet, but that was only a peak time problem.

Generous pitch sizes with electricity and water points in all the pitches in the central run. we particularly liked the pitches furthest from the road overlooking neighbouring fields which were very peaceful. The pitches are clearly delineated and it is clear that over time the srubs and ushes planted to separate the pitches will grow further and work well as wind breaks and perhaps add further to a sense of privacy

The toilet block is clean and well maintainted with good showers and is well lit up to find at night.

The owner himself is very likeable, friendly and helpful and we really liked what he has planned for the site as it develops

The site is well positioned with good access to the broads. You can very quickly get onto quiet lanes for cycling and exploring and if you locate the footpath (left out of the site, first right down towards the station and then on your right just after a run of houses-labelled as a circular walk) you can walk to the pub (the Stag) at Salhouse for a good meal or drink

Whilst we were there the capacity for rubbish and recycling had been exceeded so it would be great if this capacity could be increased

The toilets and showers are excellent but the shower space couyld benefit from teh addition of some sink stations for washing yoru face or cleaning your teeth in the mornign as the smal sinks in the toilet cubicles don't work well for this

A lovely quiet site. Very well kept with generous pitches. The best ones are furthest away from the trees as they catch the evening sun. Showers and toilets are nice and clean with plentiful hot water. The local pub is a short walk away. Lovely area to visit

Spotlessly clean everywhere, electric and water very close to pitches. Quiet and peaceful. Large area to walk the dog and good walks nearby.

Disliked is a bit of a strong a word really. Would have been helpful to have a freezer for ice packs as we don't have a fridge.

Friendly greeting from host upon arrival. Park up on any free pitch and start your holiday.
We used the electric hookup pitches. The pitch was nice and big for our tent and car and a water tap was close by too.
Each pitch was separated by lovely poppies and other wildflowers and small robin trees.
A lovely small adults only peaceful campsite. Really good clean warm showers and toilets. Mirrors outside the loos so you can easily do your make up ladies.
The owner checked on us daily to find out if there were any issues.
There was a farmers market on Saturday and we bought some local beer to try.
This campsite is very central and easy for all road links. We drove to Gorleston to do the local park run along the cliffs. It was very picturesque.
A bus stop was 5 minutes from the site entrance.
We walked through the fields to the pub for a lovely meal and drinks at the Stag (previously The Bell).
We jumped on the train for easy access to Wroxham for £3.50 return and had a boat trip and a visit to Roy’s shops. We also went into Norwich another day for £5.30 return for a wander around. Note no ticket office so you can buy ticket on the train. Trains every hour or so.
