Spacious, level pitches separated by little hedges. Easy access to electricity and water. Wonderful market garden as part of campsite - perfect for dog walks! Toilets and showers beautifully clean. Very peaceful - fell asleep to the sounds of owls hooting and pheasants calling!!

Was pleased to see glass being recycled but would have loved to have seen cans, plastic and cardboard collections too

Lovely Peaceful sight, with a Farm shop, Shops and cafe to hand. Facilities are great and well looked after. You can enjoy a walk around in the evenings.

Excellent location, within easy reach of Norwich, the Broads and the coast. Easy to access site. Peaceful and quiet, sheltered by trees that protected us from the hurricane this week! Our dog loved running in the orchard. Huge, level grass pitches with EHU and water. Lovely hot showers - and a proper glass screen to keep your clothes dry! The Black Barn cafe and farm shop had only been open for a month when we stayed, and there are clearly plans for further development. Great to be able to get a coffee, breakfast, brunch etc.

The shower block was clean and tidy, but became a bit smelly sometimes. Possibly due to septic tank? The farm shop didn’t cater well for caravanners. For example, they only sold 4pt bottles of milk, which don’t fit in a caravan fridge. Possibly when the butchers shop opens there will be more of the ‘basics’ we need. WiFi worked for my husband but not for me. EE/Tesco have good coverage. Three, not so much.

Each plot has its own water tap and EHU. Lovely farm shop and cafe open daily in the barn. Clean toilets and showers.

Absolutely beautiful site, lovely showers and toilets, very clean. Excellent farm shop and restaurant good priced food, the owner was very friendly and helpful, with places to visit, ie the Broads.

everything, the site was excellent and the staff very friendly, the black barn cafe was fantastic with high class breakfasts from american style pancakes with syrup and cinnamen on them to different size full english breakfast, very tasty. They were also very dog friendly bringing them a bowl of water and some treats while we were eating, they could not have done enough for us.
The pitch was spot on with plenty of room and the electric points and drinking water right next to each pitch.
Toilet and shower block was very nice and kept clean at all times, not your usual push button showers but proper power and heat control.

they seem to be improving things all the time there so this is not really a big deal but could do with places to shave in the shower block i.e. sinks with hot water and mirrors, I took a mirror into the shower and did it there but an addition of these things would be better.

Be sure to take mosquito repellent, not much a site can do about this but be prepared at dusk :)

Nothing about this place came close to spoiling the holiday tho, good work everyone.

We had a fantastic stay here, site not too big and everything accessible. Large pitches, beautiful grounds with farm shop and lovely amenities which were clean and good working order. We were lucky enough to be there for the farmers market which was excellent and found some locally sourced goodies. Didn't manage to try the full English this year in the upstairs cafe but definitely will next time. Had some really nice walks. It is clear there is a lot of work being done and had advanced somewhat since our first visit, looking forward to returning to see the developments next year! Thanks to Trevor and Ellie who are often around, we loved it!
