No em va agradar: Asked for pitch close to amenities due to poor mobility but was put down the hill in field 2 when there were a lot of empty pitches closer to amenities. This caused me a lot of pain to walk up and down to facilities.
Thank you for your review - I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our view, facilities and found the staff to be please, but I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the pitch location.
We do our best to accommodate guests needs prior to arrival, however I cannot see a note on the file that you requested a pitch close to the facilities. Once you arrive, our reception team will always do our best to move you pitches if possible, subject to availability for your dates and chosen pitch type. I am sorry that we weren't able to do this during your stay, and I do hope that you may change your mind and we'll be lucky enough to welcome you back in the future to enjoy our stunning location and view. Should this be the case, please do let us know if you have a preferred area or pitch on booking.

Clean facilities, lovely hot showers.
Pool, sauna and hot tub included at no extra cost. Which was very useful during the torrential rain.

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: Location was close to town - did involve a walk up a big hill to get back to it but there was a frequent bus service which stopped just round the corner if you didn’t want to walk. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Didn’t use the restaurant but menu and prices looked good. Used the pool in the morning which was nice - shame it didn’t open earlier than 9am but it was free and the outdoor pool looked like it would be lovely in the warmer weather.
No em va agradar: Pool and changing rooms could have done with a bit more cleaning (sanitary bins left on top of the sink unit)
