Do not like having to lift toilet cassettes too high to empty when you get to a certain age.

Made to feel so welcome and nothing was an issue, we have a throw away BBQ and to save the grass they brought us along an actually BBQ to our tent side!
Massive pitch right next to the amenities and also the pool / games room.

The whole site was quiet, attractive and under stated. Reception was neat, tidy and well laid out and receptionists very helpful. Superb free WiFi! Walking distance to an excellent farm shop serving food.
No em va agradar: Waste water area needed a little attention I.e. leaves, sticks etc. and drain needed cleaning out, especially during recent heatwave. Some road traffic noise at busy time on a few pitches backing onto road.

The child friendly score is a PitchUp issue - we have reported this to PitchUp several times (as we are an adult only site), along with the question about accommodation (we don't have any we are a touring site).
We are not sure what you mean about privacy (on a camp site?) but had you raised that you did not like your pitch when you arrived for your one night stay we would have gladly moved you. If we are not told we have no opportunity to put things right.
The hedges get cut when the nesting season is over (so as not to harm birds) apologies this spoiled your view, however the site is manicured to provide a beautiful environment that our guest enjoy and fantastic views can be found by reception/the dog run and the path thru to the farm shop/cafe.
