Liked: Location of field very good, easy acess to the beach also just a few minutes walk to the pubs and shops.

Security was good as being a younger age group site did get noisy after mid night

Missed having plug points for hair dryers etc

Also a better stocked shop would have been another bonus.

Liked: Being so close to the beach - only 3 or 4 minutes walk along a very well kept pathway through the dunes and you were on the beach.

Included free access to the facilities at Ruda Campsite next door - this made for excellent alternative activity and dining options. Really ideal for families. Surfers Paradise campsite staff gave us vouchers for food/drinks deals we could use at Ruda also.

Flat, well kept pitching space with room to park next to your tent. Quiet and family friendly.

Shower and toilet facilties - very close to the camping field, decent amount of showers/toilets, modern and in a good state of repair.

Campsite office provided very limited provisions (cans, crisps etc). Staff provided lots of information about the local area in a very friendly manner.

Easy to find, well signposted.

Disliked: The toilets, although modern and reasonably tidy, were not cleaned every day, nor the paper towels/toilet roll replenished every day. Reported a problem with a tap that wouldn't turn off in the early evening and it remained running until the morning when I had to ask again for it to be fixed.
