Liked: This site is a little hidden away and we were lucky to come across it. The owner was very helpful and there was a little reception area where we picked up leaflets on the town and what to do in North Wales.

The views from this site are spectacular and Jubilee Tower at the summit of Moel Famau can be seen with a good pair of binoculars.

The toilets and showers were clean with plenty of hot water. Washing up liquid was even supplied in the dishwashing area. The grass is well kept with lovely flower beds, trees and greenery to attract the birds. We even purchased fresh free range eggs laid from the hens roaming around the site!

The nearest pub was no more than 10 minutes walk where we had a friendly welcome. I would definitely be visiting this site again for its views and tranquility.

Disliked: Not much to dislike here, maybe bigger toilet block as it was a little cosy when there were a few ladies in there.
