Liked: Marton Mere is a holiday village not situated far from Blackpool (aka the Vegas of the North) so the location is stunning with the views from the colorful Blackpool Tower from our caravan! The village itself was beautiful with a large lake with lots of nature to explore including group nature trails. Picnic facilities are amazing with stunning views, the caravan itself was sparkling clean and it really couldn't be faulted for the so cheap price payed. The entertainment is brilliant as there is something for everyone. The overall facilities are endless there is a really good pool, outdoor and indoor, café, shops, amusement, kart hire (oh how we had fun both big kids and little) and also activities. It's just overall an amazing experience and really shows that a British holiday cna be just as good as those abroad!

Disliked: I don't like to complain because it really was great and for the price payed everything was what you could have asked for and more but there are those tiny things as with any other park. The bathroom is really small, being a tall person I literally had trouble fitting in to go to the toilet however the shower takes up much room so that's probably why. I also disliked the poolside as it was very slippery and lots of people were falling with one little girl getting really hurt, the staff just couldn't keep up with managing the water that had overflowed from the showers making quite hazardous.
