Liked: This was a nice site, clean facilities, and beautiful position and views. Local pub is good too. Disliked: The cold weather but this was not in the control of the campsite. |

Liked: The view and location. The bathroom facilities were good and pretty clean despite the poor weather. The on site shop was well stocked and staff were very helpful. Disliked: It would have been helpful to have some bins in the bathroom area, for discarding things like contact lense packets, shampoo bottles, tissues etc. |

Liked: I liked the access to the beach, which is great for younger children as well as mature people with possible disabled issues to deal with. The park was clean and well cared for. The beach is dog friendly, but as far as cleanliness was concerned the beach was very clean with responsible owners. The park shop was ok not brilliant, supplied a limited amount of what i would call emergency items, bread, booze, milk etc. The staff were polite and amenable. I would go back again and recommend to others after telling them the following dislikes. Overall it was enjoyable. Disliked: However, I stayed in a 2 bed caravan for a week, the caravan had very very limited supply of cleaning apparatus, i.e only dustpan and brush. No mop or bucket was supplied or vacuum cleaner which i felt should have been there due to caravan being animal friendly. It was obvious that very little cleaning had been done prior to our arrival. Dog hairs clearly evident on the furniture and well worn into the carpet. I requested a vacuum cleaner from the office which was delivered prompty to the caravan. No mattress protector was on the mattresses on any of the beds which i found a little disconcerting. If i go again will definitely take a mattress protector with me. Very poor signal in park, and you have to pay for wifi. It is a dog friendly site but some dogs I experienced first hand were less than friendly which needed a muzzle on them, I feel for family safety a muzzle if required should be implemented. |
