Liked: Blackland lakes is a beautiful site overlooking Cherhill downs. Its so peaceful and quiet, with 2 fishing lakes and a nature reserve. The toilets are very clean and tidy and are currently being renovated and look absolutely stunning! The site is close to local attractions e.g. Avebury, Lacock, Bath etc. and with a bus stop right outside the site, its very easy to get about. Prices are very reasonable and there wasn't any unnecessary extras. All pitches are well laid out and very good sizes, super pitches are great if you want all the extras e.g. water, electric, hard standing. Disliked: I don't think we disliked anything about the site |
