- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Tents are not accepted at this park.
- A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Minimum spacing of 6 metres between pitches.

Liked: Lovely friendly site .spacious pitches.cafe on site with great food.staff very friendly .several lakes for fishing.and walks .dogs are welcome and there is a good dog walking area off lead for a good run around.toilets and showers are nice and clean .would recommend this little gem

Liked: This is our 3rd time visiting Sandwich lakes. Great location peaceful with plenty of space. It’s not just for fishing and has plenty of dog walking areas. The onsite cafe is hands down the best breakfast freshly cooked and even started my wife eating black pudding! Staff are great and friendly. While here we accidentally dropped a lid down the waste pipe! The manager was so helpful and tried his hardest to help us find the lid…wouldn’t even take a well earned tip!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Liked: Absolutely loved sandwich lakes, all the staff very friendly and helpful. So much ground for my young children to run around, beautiful scenery too. The staff set up my son's rod ready for fishing 🎣. Outstanding in every way. Would definitely vote again.

Liked: Staff all really friendly, the kids enjoyed a little fishing whilst we were their and one of them caught their first fish. Facilities all really clean and had a lovely breakfast at the cafe. Would stay again.

Liked: Everything! The site was great, even though it was a little soggy from so much rain…but the showers & toilets & dish washing area were always kept clean. The fishing lakes were lovely, in a beautiful setting, and the cafe was great, with delicious food…what a bonus when you’re in a campervan and don’t want to cook! We loved it all and can’t wait to come back soon. Thank you to the lovely owners for such a great site and a great weekend!
