Upon arrival we were welcomed with a plan of the site an taken to our pitch. Staff were friendly an welcoming. Once we were there the children were off to the pool. Which was clean an tidy. As they are under 16 we had to supervise them but lots of seating available an the pub close by. Very relaxed atmosphere. Facilities were very clean. Safe park for children of all ages to play. We ate a few meals in the pub. Reasonable prices. An good food. Had to wait a bit as the site was full. Great place to stay an recommend to all

Clean toilets & showers, you do have to pay for showers which is 20p per minute. Area to wash your pots. Outdoor pool on site which is covered & slightly heated. It’s open to the public also and can be extremely busy. Yes it’s ideal for the kids but this is NOT supervised by anyone so you have responsibility for your children. Out door play area for the younger ones.

The electric is low watts what you are supplied with so anything other than a fridge my trip your electric. You can’t use heaters or electric cookers. The males that own and run the place are absolutely vile. If you ask a question like we did as total newbies to the place then he bit your head off. He was rude & talked to all the staff horrid. This person made our stay unpleasant. My daughter went to bar to order food and he spoke to her horrid that she wouldn’t go again. For me this is the 1st and last time for us to stay. From arriving on site to leaving he treat us and others who also complained like rubbish.

Good family area with children play area, swimming pool. good value meals and meal deals

Food service could of been better as we had our order of 3 meals given to us with 10-15 mins of each other, food was great when we got it all.

people were friendly and helpful, level pitches, with waste disposal and water to fill up, for fresh clean water, the meal we had in the attached pub was very nice and large portions, good value for money.

Although could see that toilets were cleaned every day,, could recommend perhaps a new floor being laid as the edges were trapping dust etc, that when wet were still left behind making it look a little dirty

Location was great , facilities was clean, great for family’s as have a heated outside pool

Nothing, it's basic and needs some maintenance, but it was reflected in the price.

Nice play area and covered pool for the kids, staff helpful and friendly, phone signal is terrible, unless you're near the pub which I guess is a good thing lol

It was just not for us, very noisy with the unsupervised children. Couples arguing, late night drinking etc.
No where to walk to.Had to use the car.
