Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Group bookings of 1 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The grocery shop is open between 01/04 and 31/10.
- Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- Protective masks must be worn at all times in common areas.
- Minimum spacing of 5 metres between pitches.
- If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked: Excellent pitch, very flat and easy to navigate, very clean and tidy, showers were amazing. Site was one of the best maintained sites we’ve ever stayed at.

Liked: The facilities are great. Showers always hot and clean. They close from 12-3 pm for cleaning. Drinking water tap available and the washing area is really good. Also laundry and drying available but you need to bring your own washing liquid.Close to park and ride (which is free) for tram to Edinburgh.
Disliked: WiFi did not work as expected. I didn't have much signal.

Liked: Peace and Tranquillity, even though there were some children on site it was quite quiet, also pets were well behaved. The shower block was absolutely spotless. The airport didn't bother us with the planes taking off, as we live near Newcastle Airport.
