Liked: Dobrý den Vyžití pro děti i dospělé. Přijemný personál Po celý den ruzné aktivity Děti se nenudili.
Disliked: Při odjezdu chtěji potvrzení o zaplacení. Bylo by lepší kdyby si vytiskli SPZ aut, která nemají zaplaceno.

Liked: Great location, very friendly and guest focused staff, the facilities were exceptional, clean toilets is alway a plus.
Disliked: We were not ready for the sandy pitches

Disliked: Please be aware we have already been in contact with Cavallino and Pitchup with our request. We were due to stay at the site Cavallino, for the dates 23rd June - 14th July but because our caravan and car were both hit by a vehicle on the 18th June and as a result both our caravan and car have been written off and are in France awaiting to be disposed of, that is why we couldn't make it to the site. Cavallino refuses to give us back our £525.82 that was taken from our account on the 6th June. A deposit of £92.57 had already been paid 2nd June. Cavallino's response was that they don't give refunds, but due to the circumstances as to why we couldn't make our stay at Cavallino we think a lot more sympathy could be shown. Especially as the site and Pitch up have both seen photos taken at the scene of the accident. We are hoping now that our travel insurance claim will follow up this matter under 'Unused pre paid accommodation'
