Located 50km south of Paris, Camping Naturiste Les Hespérides is the perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing holiday in natural surroundings and enjoy a day trip the beautiful French capital. The campsite offers all the facilities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, such as a swimming pool with sun loungers, a sauna (open during the weekend from 5pm) where you can pamper yourself and enjoy a bit of relaxation. If you like reading, you can also spend some time in the site's library, where you will find a large selection of books. Pétanque, badminton, and volleyball courts are also available, as well as a play area and a communal barbecue area where you will enjoy a good meal together. Guests will also have access to a communal kitchenette provided with a fridge. Facilities include also toilet blocks, 7 showers with free hot water, and a washing-up corner. Just 2 km from the site, you will find the village of Étréchy, where there are shops, bars and supermarkets.

Local attractions

Visit the Château de Chamarande, a seventeenth-century French castle with beautiful gardens, where you will find some of the oldest and most unusual trees in the Essonne. There are also frequent exhibitions of modern art inside the chateau, often quite unique and unexpected. Discover Étampes, visit the Hôtel Anne-de-Pisseleu and the famous Théâtre built by the architect Gabriel Davioud in 1851, and walk along the old town and the beautiful regional leisure park. Take a trip to Paris (50km) and discover its amazing attractions, such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, Montmartre, the Luxembourg Gardens and obviously the iconic symbol of the city, the beautiful Eiffel Tower. You will find several interesting and worldwide famous museums, such as the Musée d'Orsay, the Centre Pompidou, home to modern art treasures by (amongst others) Braque, Dubuffet, Matisse and Ernst, plus ever-changing temporary art exhibitions, and the Louvre, a behemoth of a museum, the Louvre has galleries and wings so vast you could easily spend a day feasting your eyes on treasures like the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo and Egyptian mummies. Last but not least, if you have children (or not) do not miss out the amusement park of Disneyland Paris!
