Church House Farm is a friendly, small, level well-drained site easily accessible off the A483. We have three hardstanding pitches, the remainder being laid to grass.

We have clean modern toilet and shower facilities with free hot water and no timers, and a large utility room for washing up, together with an iron, hairdryer and fridge freezer. This is where you also can charge your mobile phones, or swap a book in our book swap. We have electric hook ups and chemical disposal point. We are ideally situated for touring the beautiful area of mid Wales.

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, relaxing site, with plenty of walking, cycling, birdwatching or geocaching nearby then this is the site for you.

Liked: This was a lovely quiet site with all the amenities we wanted. There was a toilet/shower block with 3 loos and 2 showers and a utility area with 2 big sinks, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle. The information point was excellent with copies of local walks and maps for you to borrow. It was all absolutely spotless and was monitored and cleaned several times through the day.

I will certainly return ...

Disliked: I didn't dislike anything about the site. The only thing I would have liked was a food serving pub within easy walking. There was one a couple of miles away but this meant walking down a main road which had no footpaths. Being in a motorhome, you don't want to pack up each time you go out to eat. But this would certainly not stop me enjoying my break, you just need to ...

Liked: Arrived on site 3 hours after making online booking, to receive comprehensive information of which plot was allocated.
Nobody was in reception, self registered and was able to locate plot and set up easily. Similarly I was trusted to leave the outstanding balance for the fees.
Good, clean facilities - plenty big enough for the number of plots.

Good value for money.

Did not demand 3 night minimum stay over the bank holiday weekend

Disliked: Nothing
