Directions
The M6 from the north links with the westbound M56 towards Chester. Take the A483 to Newtown then the A44 to Aberystwyth. New Quay is just 20 miles south on the A487.
From the Midlands, the A44 is the most direct route to Aberystwyth, then travel south to New Quay.
For people journeying from the south and south east, the M4 links to Carmarthen from where you travel north on the A484 signposted to Newcastle Emlyn. At Llangelar, take a right turn on the A486 for New Quay.

Cancellation policy
If guests need to change the dates of their booking they must do so two weeks prior to arrival and pay any difference in price, No refund will be given if the new price is lower than the original.
If guests wish to cancel their booking they can do so up to two weeks prior to arrival, a refund of money paid will be issued in the form of a credit note minus the cost of the initial deposit. All credit notes must be redeemed within 12 months from the date on which they were printed. Any bookings cancelled or amended within the two weeks prior to arrival will not be offered any form of refund.
Please note that your deposit paid to Pitchup.com is non-refundable.
Payment of balance
The balance of your holiday is due two weeks prior to the arrival date. If paying by cheque, please allow for additional time if paying by cheque in order for it to clear.
In the event of a booking made less than two weeks prior to your arrival, you must call the park to pay the balance of your holiday within 24 hours of your booking. Cheques will not be accepted.

We do not allow dogs over any bank holiday weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The excluded dates are the 24/05/13 - 26/05/13 and 23/08/13 - 25/08/13.
We do not accept group bookings from under 25's or same-sex groups. The holidays we offer are designed with families and couples in mind.
We do not accept continental caravans, or gazebos and pup tents.
