We love camping! But we also like being comfortable. We have a fantastic, comfortable yurt and a wooden nomad with a lovely shower room and toilet facility with a surf shop and coffee bar to boot! Wifi is available in the coffee bar, as well as yummy snacks.

In our camping area we have a hot tub to use and we keep pet chickens, Harry the goat and Larry the ram (who sounds like an American wrestler but is, in fact, a gentle, rescued sheep).

We are 10 minutes' drive from the nearest beach or half an hour if you cycle. You can rent or buy a bike nearby, we are friends with all the local surf schools and, if you want to go coasteering, then the people we recommend are award winning. Archery, golf, horse riding are all local too. In fact, there's very little outdoorsy that we cannot arrange for you!

Nearby attractions and activities

Shopping on Narberth High Street is a lovely experience with many independent retail shops keeping the character of the town alive. We are a short walk from the town swimming pool and there many lovely walks from our site right into the heart of the Pembrokeshire countryside.

All of Pembrokeshire's theme parks are a short drive from our site and if it's raining we can always help you find something to do. Come and see why people love staying with us.

Oakwood Theme Park - five minutes' drive
Herons Brook golf - two minutes' drive (or a short walk)
Saundersfoot beach - 10 minutes' drive
Folly Farm - 10 minutes' drive
Heatherton (including Treetops High Ropes activity) - 15 minutes' drive
Manor Park Wildlife Park - 15 minutes' drive
Surfing beaches - 20-40 minutes' drive
River canoeing and kayaking - 25 minutes' drive
Coasteering - 40 minutes' drive (there are others closer, but this is where we think is best!)
Archery and paintballing - 30 minutes' drive
Fishing - 10 minutes' drive
Horse riding - 10 minutes' drive

And there is plenty more!

Liked: The location within a very lovely town. It was well back from the road, so we could've been in the countryside. Only once we walked through the shop doors the following morning was the noise from the town audible, and even then it wasn't loud!

Hosts stayed up late to show us to the facilites and our eco-hut for the night. Very kind and helpful people!

Disliked: Only wish we had more time to spend in this lovely little town!

Liked: We enjoyed everything about our stay, thank you! The children adored all the animals (especially Harry the cheeky goat!) & the yurt was a perfect base for a gentle introduction to camping with toddlers. The owners are very helpful & friendly & the location is great. We will be back!!

Disliked: There was nothing that we disliked!

Liked: We got to stay in the yurt, which was awesome and had a wood burning stove. It is a very relaxing place to camp and the owners are super helpful. There is a place to cook with gas fires provided and a camp fire.

Disliked: There is a sheep, chickens and a goat that live in the same field so there is some poo in the field, so make sure you wipe your feet before entering the yurt.

Liked: The animals were so funny! The goat kept jumping up at the branches on the trees to get to the leaves and he would just casually stroll over to us for a scratch haha. Chickens wouldnt leave us alone whenever we were eating which was funny. Having the camp fire going on the first night was so lovely and its surprising how quiet it is there considering there a main shopping town just on the ...

Disliked: Cant complain about anything!

Liked: Amazing stay. The hot tub was excellent fun. Shower and toilets clean. The yurt was very clean and comfortable. Very quirky. Its nice how the animals just wonder around. Also Wendy and Ian cannot do enough for you. Made to feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The campsite also has everything on its doorsteps.

Disliked: There is nothing to dislike
