From the manager...
We are sorry this visitor did not enjoy their visit, it would have been good for them to let us know during their stay. We do say that our site is small and with basic facilities, unfortunately during the campers visit we had been revamping the upper toilet and the floor did not dry for a few days, it was however available for some of his stay so unsure why he did not use it? The compost toilets work well we continually check and clean we also provide alcohol and hand wash, we have lots of comments about them being non smelly so think this customer was just not happy to use them. No comment on the electric: shower or washing up area so they must have been okay.
