By Car : Sat Nav is SA3 1PT

Leave M4 motorway at J42 along the A483 to Swansea. Follow the A4067 to Mumbles and South Gower.
Turn right onto the B4436 Mayals Road to South Gower. Following the road through to Kittle.
Turn right at Pennard church on Vennaway lane heading to Port Eynon, at the T junction turn left on A4118 the South Gower road. Pass through Penmaen, Knelston, where there is a Petrol station.
When you get to Scurlage turn right Onto the B4247 follow for 2 miles and Pitton Cross Caravan Park is on the left.

Or J47 on M4. And follow signs to Gowerton, under a railway bridge height restriction at Gowerton of 11 foot.
At crossroads- traffic lights turn Right to Penclawdd - B4295 Bryn-Y-Mor Road.
Keep going through to Llanrihdian and at the Esso garage turn left, follow the road then over the cattle grid then take the next right turn and follow to Reynoldston as you come in to Reynoldston take the 1st left turn as you come down the hill, follow the road over another cattle grid at the T junction turn Right on to A4118
Pass through Knelston, where there is a Petrol station.
When you get to Scurlage turn right Onto the B4247 follow for 2 miles and Pitton Cross Caravan Park is on the left.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

All bookings are taken on these conditions listed below.

A booking will not be taken without a deposit or full payment.

A deposit of £50 per week, part of a week for each pitch booked during low and mid season only.

There is a minimum of 2 nights on all weekends during mid season. During high season periods there is a minimum of 4 nights.

High season is payment in full.

Online bookings require full payment.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit or full payment.

Default on the deposit will invalidate the booking.

Deposits are non refundable and you are liable for the outstanding balance for the period booked.

Any additional nights can be booked subject to availability.

All bookings, within 14 days of arrival are required to pay in full.

All customers are asked to report to reception/shop on arrival.
We operate a Pay and Display system and customers are courteously reminded that payment is due on arrival at the park before going to a pitch.
Group Bookings
Group Bookings are at our discretion.
Confirm numbers of pitches and full payment required at the time of booking.
All Groups must stop at the shop before being shown down to the pitch, regardless of where their friends are.
Do’s
Please arrive after 1 p.m. for your pitch.
Pitches must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Please switch off your engines when stationary.
Caravans must pitch with the hitch to the road, any other way and you will be requested to turn round even after you have set up.
Please pitch between the white pitch markers.
Please respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Keep noise to a minimum and always respect other Campers.
Be aware of children on bikes.
All children must be supervised whilst playing in the play park.
Help us to “Recycle” where possible and place all rubbish,
and recyclable items in the appropriate bins provided.
When walking onsite or on the Gower please follow marked footpaths and make sure you leave gates as you find them.
All BBQ’s must be Charcoal burning only,
OPEN Fires are not permitted or the use of fire logs.
Disposable barbecues must be off the ground and not put on picnic benches.
The speed limit on site is 5mph. Please use dipped headlights at night.
On your day of departure please leave all areas, as you would wish to find it.

Don’ts
Please don’t put HOT ashes or BBQ’s in the bins.
Please remove any bricks, stones, pebbles left on the grass.
The play equipment is for children under the age of 14 years.
The park closes at 10pm or dusk whichever comes first.
Please do not park in front of the bin areas, to allow for easy access.


Arrivals
Pitches are available from 1 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Pitches must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
All pitches are allocated on arrival.
All arrivals are to stop at Reception/Shop even if you are a group booking, or meeting with friends.
If you arrive after you’re due arrival date. You still cannot check in or pitch up until 1 p.m. on the day you arrive.
Late arrivals are by arrangement only.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the park whether booked or not and to ask anyone to leave at our discretion.
Refund of the appropriate proportion of fees paid in advance shall be sufficient discharge of our liabilities.
Whilst we endeavour to meet requests for specific pitches or to be with friends on adjoining pitches, these cannot be guaranteed and all bookings are taken on these terms.
Please park within the pitch markings, Caravans and Motor Homes tail to hedge.
Any deviation and you will be asked to move your tent, caravan or Motor home with the pitch boundaries.

Pup Tents***
There is a maximum of 2 children per pup tent, under the age of 15 yrs.
There is a maximum of 2 pup tents per pitch.
The pup tents must not exceed the size guide
of 7 ft x 5 ft (213 cm x 152 cm).
If this does exceed the size given then the pup tent will be charged at full price of a normal tent.
All bookings are taken on this basis and are at our discretion

Dog rules
There is a charge per night for each and every dog
that you bring.
Please notify us if there are more than 2 dogs per unit.
Certain breeds are accepted at our discretion.
All dogs must be on a lead at all times even at your pitch and kept under control.
All fouling must be picked up and disposed of appropriately in the bins provided.
Dogs must not be left unattended whilst on site or in any vehicle.

If you bring your dog(s) onto the park then you accept our terms.

Cancellation Policy
Less than 30 days before arrival, is loss of all monies paid. (no refunds)

Over 30 days prior to arrival, is loss of deposit only.
A deposit equates to £50 per week, per pitch booked.

You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance cover in the event of cancellation.
