Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

Please let us know at the time of booking the size of unit / tent you will bring, including any awnings, gazebos or mess tents, to ensure your allocated pitch is large enough.

Should you subsequently change your requirements we will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee to provide an appropriate sized pitch.

Arrivals and departures

We will not accept new arrivals after 7pm. If you do not arrive by these times of the first day of your booking and you have not advised us otherwise then we reserve the right to re-let your pitch.

All pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure unless you have made arrangement for a late check out. Pitches will not be available until 2pm on the day of your booking and you are requested not to arrive before this time unless you have made special arrangement as our parking space is limited.

Booking contract

Your booking contract is with Faerie-thyme Campsite. The contract exists once we have issued you with confirmation of your booking as per the details you have provided on your booking form. Please let us know with four days of receipt of your confirmation if there are any errors or discrepancies. The terms stated in this contract do not affect your statutory rights.

The cost of your holiday

Once you have made your booking and paid the deposit the price of the holiday will not be subject to any changes. The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid 28 days prior to arrival at the camp site. If you book later than 28 days before your holiday is due to start then the whole amount is due as soon as possible after booking.

No refunds can be given if you choose to depart prior to the end of the booked holiday, unless you so do as the result of the breach of some obligation on our part which would justify cancelling your holiday.

Cancellation of your holiday by you

You may cancel your holiday at any time. Cancellation with be effective on the date it is received by us in writing or by email.

Your balance is only refundable if we are able to re-let your pitch.

Change or cancellation of the holiday by us

If we are unable to provide the booked holiday and have had to cancel before the holiday is due to start, you will receive a full refund of the money you have paid except where the cancellation or change arises from an unforeseeable or unusual occurrence outside our control such as a natural disaster etc.
