A fantastic natural campsite with all the comforts you need.
Private camping above the beautiful Dee Valley, well off the road.
Site has comfortable shower, toilet and hand washing facilities. Seperate washing up area. We allow campfires in designated areas. Welcome dogs on leads.
No vehicular access to site but car park very close and we will help you transport on quad bike if you wish.
Children welcome but must be supervised by parents whilst on site.
If you don't feel like erecting your own tent we have a pre-erected Tipi which will sleep four comfortably or a two man pre-erected tent.
On some nights we offer alfresco evening meals in the comfortable surroundings of Tyn-y-Fron garden where you can sit, sheltered in the pergola, enjoying the evening sunset and your last bottle of wine!
Nearby attractions and activities
Bala Lake with all it has to offer is only 7 miles away. So also is North Wales white water centre.
Almost next door you can participate in rope climbs and paintballing.
We are situated in the middle of prime walking country and for keen walkers, directly from site you can access miles of woodland and the whole of the Berwyn Mountain range without even moving your car.
Llangollen and all its attractions is half an hour by car.
Snowdonia itself is walkable in a day but you must be up early to drive the 40 miles to the foot.
There are good pubs and restuarant within 3 miles in both directions.

We are on the B4401 half way between the villages of Llandrillo and Llandderfel.
Look out, on the side away from the river, for a track between two fields signed Tyn-y-fron.
Drive up to the forest.
Turn Left at the forest and drive up the track with the land dropping away on your left.
