Glamping at its best! A converted railway goods carriage with cosy woodburner, full electrics, dining table and chairs and a really comfy sofa that adapts to a bed. Roll the big front doors open and bring the countryside in!

Or try the genuine Mongolian yurt, beautifully finished and decorated with a situation to match!

Great views and a peaceful location.

Liked: Essentially this is a small farm with the Yurt and a railway carriage for another couple to stay in. Both are finished extremely well and there is a shower, sinks and a toilet on site which are also finished to the same standard. There is also access to a gas BBQ, a kitchen area (with plates and utensils - don't take your own!) and a fridge freezer - so you'll have everything you need. Jason ...

Disliked: The hills around Lyme Regis!

Liked: After being let down with our new engine for our campervan we decided we would still getaway for Easter and so late Wednesday we found this quirky little site that guess what allowed dogs and campfires!!! We were asked to call 1 hour before arrival and so when we arrived Jason and Tracy had kindly lit the fire in the yurt and it was so cosy even in these temperatures, we wanted to visit the ...

Liked: My husband and I booked last minute for a weekend getaway from the city and we were not disappointed. The farm is set in a peaceful, rural area which allowed us to unwind while watching an incredible pink susnset from the porch of the yurt. The yurt itself was spacious and comfortable with a wood burning stove which warmed us all night. We particulary enjoyed meeting the owners and their gorgeous dogs! On Sunday we ...

Liked: Myself, hubby, 2 teenagers and pet retriever had a super 2 night break at Holly Farm. Hubby and I had the Yurt and the kids and dog shared Big Red.

A very warm welcome awaited us, the facilities were fantastic, loved the cooking barn and the shower room was lovely and clean.

We enjoyed sleeping with the Yurt door open and awaking to a brilliant morning with just a few animals to be heard, Charlie ...

Disliked: absolutely nothing to dislike about it - we will be back another time and I thoroughly recommend the site.

The animals- our little one is obsessed with ducks!

the yurt was so comfy and cosy inside- and it was nice not having any other campers within earshot

The loo and shower facilities were clean and nice.

The kithchen barn was spacious and well equipped.

Disliked: Having to go back home!

Liked: We’ve stayed at Holly Farm twice now and absolutely love the place! Both times have been truly memorable, made even more special by the owners Jason and Tracy who are lovely and very easy going. Our first visit was for two nights staying in the yurt. The weather was amazing so we mostly relaxed outside (on the comfortable loungers) soaking up the sun in the day and then sitting out with the campfire, staring ...

Liked: We stayed in Big Red and friends stayed in the yurt. We had a cracking weekend. Delighted by Big Red, the best thing was throwing open the front in the morning and relaxing in bed in the fresh air with the country view. Great facilities, glamping as it should be done. Not far from River Cottage for breaky if you don't fancy cooking, spent a pleasant afternoon in Beer. Got some lovely great value ...

Disliked: Didn't dislike anything.

Liked: Tracy and Jason saved our Honeymoon. We had arranged to stay at another place, but were let down last minute. I messaged Holly Farm last minute and Jason messaged me back saying they had space.

When we arrived Tracy and Jason were really nice people, and the Yurt was mind blowing. A really romantic place to spend a few days. There was everything you needed. Very good washing and shower facilitys, cooking area, deck chair ...

Disliked: I have to be honest, i didnt not like anythin.
Everything was very well thought out.

Thanks so much Jason and Tracy.

Liked: We loved how welcoming Tracy and Jason were throughout our whole stay, although Somerset seems to be a quite place to go there are plenty of things to see and do.

The Yurt was warm comfortable and spacious, and the cooking and washing facilities were just the right distance from the Yurt and had pretty much every thing we needed.

The Yurt gives a Romantic and clam feeling a great place for all couples to ...

Disliked: There wasn’t much we didn’t like if we needed any thing like loo roll or a bread knife it was quickly done, which was great!

Myself and my husband came to stay at Holly Farm Holidays over the easter weekend. We decided to book Big Red which is a converted railway carriage and to be honest I'm not really sure what I was expecting having never stayed in a railway carriage before.
