Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

At Luckford Wood all are welcome. We are a small, intimate family park offering a relaxed and personal environment.

We ask all patrons to respect and consider all caravanners and campers on site - we have a 9.30pm - 9.30 am curfew. We ask you to observe it, and wish you a delightful enjoyable time at Luckford Wood.

We have two principal rules: first, we insist you enjoy your stay with us at Luckford Wood and second, that your enjoyment doesn't impinge or detract on other peoples enjoyment, the rest hopefully will be a matter of common sense!

You may request a certain pitch or caravan using the 'special requests' box on the Pitchup.com booking form, but we cannot guarantee that they will be available at the time of booking.

ARRIVALS On arrival visitors must register. Call the phone numbers displayed, if you cannot see anyone to assist you. Do not attempt to pitch your tent with out our knowledge you may have to take it down and move it.

DEPARTURES All pitches should be available from 12pm (unless unavoidably delayed) on the booked day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the booked day of departure. Please note no arrivals can be accepted after 10pm for tent or touring pitches.

REFUNDS Please note no refunds will be given to anyone who leaves the holiday park prior to the booked date of departure. You are advised to take out your own holiday cancellation insurance to cover your booking in the event of having to cancel due to illness, death, injury or any other reason.

PET CARE Whilst on the Park dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Under no circumstances may dogs be left unattended in tents or motor vehicles at any time and must be kept under control at all times.

PETS The pet owner is responsible for any damage or injury to persons caused by the dog. Should the dog foul the Park, in the interests of hygiene, please put deposits in the bin.

RESPONSIBILITY We accept no responsibility for errors from special requests. Cancellation or booking amendments must be notified in writing. You must check your booking arrangements.

DAMAGE We do not accept responsibility for breakages, loss or damage to any vehicle, touring caravan, motorhome, tent, boat or any other vehicle or their contents.

TARIFF The basic price includes parking for one vehicle.

SPEED The park speed limit is 2mph and this must be adhered to. All vehicles must be licensed, insured and have a valid MOT certificate.

RULES All rules, conditions, site regulations, etc, printed,exhibited or displayed in any format by the company must be observed. Please ask for clarification.

LIABILITY On the acceptance by the Company of this application, it shall be under no liability whatsoever for any accidents happening to or sickness or disease contracted by any person or persons, occupying accommodation provided by the company pursuant to this application of for any loss of or damage to any property of such person or person whether accident sickness, disease, loss or damage shall be be caused by the negligence of the company its servants, employees or otherwise howsoever.

MUSIC All guests will be expected to behave in a reasonable way, general chit chat and the playing of music must be confined to your encampment and show due consideration to others, between 9.30pm and 9.30am.

BEHAVIOUR Due consideration must be given to all campers on site regarding noise and general behavior. Inappropriate bad language and noise will not be tolerated. Please do not spoil the holiday of others by selfish behavior.

GAMES Ball games aren't allowed on the camping park - there is a designated area.

CAMP FIRES Camp fires are available as an extra and are payment must made before having a fire.

BOOKING - The hirer must report on arrival to obtain a pitch number. This must be done before a caravan or tent pitch can be occupied.

REFUSE - All refuse must be placed in the bins provided. Please use recycling bins where appropriate.

SINK WATER Grey water can be discarded to the ground in selected areas.

PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY Adults are asked to see that their children do not cause damage to the park. Adults will be held responsible for any damage caused by their children. Parents are particularly asked to ensure that children using bicycles etc. are fully aware of the danger on a busy county park.

RULES these rules are designed and intended to ensure all our visitors enjoy their holiday at Luckford Wood and wish to return again.

FIRE REGULATIONS To comply with fire regulations Tents must not encroach on the adjoining pitch. A pitch is for a tent and includes one car in the basic price. Boats are to be stored in the boat store field.

PITCH SIZES If you encroach beyond our pitch you will have to pay an additional fee.

VISITORS AND LATE DEPARTURES will be charged at £3.00 per adult and children £2.00 each. Extensions to 6pm are charged at £8.00

SERVICES Charges for large tents, gazebos, boat on a trailer. To help us comply with fire regulations. We have a few larger pitches these must be pre booked. An additional charge will be made.

POWER 16 amp Hook-ups are only to be used for the sensible use of proprietary caravan electrical equipment. This does not include electrical awning heaters and high wattage electrical equipment.

RISK Any item or goods bought on site and used on site are at the purchasers own risk. The purchaser must adhered to any advice given and must ask if not sure about any aspect of staying at Luckford Wood to protect themselves their property and the property of others.
