Great site for relaxing family holidays - never mind the weather! wittymacs (Family with young children, 3 reviews, 8 photos)
Liked: This year was our second summer holiday at Birchwood and it was a complete contrast weather wise to the first. This year we were there for nearly two weeks in August and it rained most days! Despite this we made the best of it and our seven-year-old daughter made a special friend. They were in and out of each others' caravans and they are in constant touch to this day. The site is very child ... Disliked: You would be hard pushed to find fault with this site. At times the cleanliness of the facilities was a little under par but given that we stayed at the height of the season and in wet weather it is unfair to criticise staff who did make regular checks. |
