Very nice site antoniamcgall (Family with young children, 5 reviews, 0 photos)
Liked: The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Disliked: It was great to have washing machines and they weren't as expensive as some we've use elsewhere but there was no dryer so the tiny drying room was crammed full. An outdoor washing line or rotary dryer would be useful. |

Good location, with basic facilities sooz (With friends, 1 review, 0 photos)
Liked: The location of the campsite was very good, with a short walk to the local pub, and a short drive to Swanage, Corfe Castle, and other attractions. The campsite had a clear recycling and 'green' ethos. I never had to queue for showers or toilets as these were plentiful. Disliked: The toilet and shower facilities were not the best (although not the worst by far). The showers were very small, and it was difficult to open the door without stepping back into the shower! There was no strength to the shower, although the water was hot. They were not the cleanest of shower facilities, and I did not see a mop available to use after showering. |
