Conveniently set above the town and sea, the park commands wonderful sea views. Our fabulous heated indoor pool is a great new attraction, kept really warm. In addition to our 56' heated pool there is an in-pool spa bath, sauna, children's play area and internet café. Our Exmoor Club is free to residents - and you can enjoy regular entertainment, discos and cabaret. Children are welcome. There's also a launderette, latest video games, pool tables, children's Foxy Club, takeaway meals and good bar food. Our shop sells most of the items you need at reasonable prices and our 'Farmhouse Kitchen' restaurant offers a wide variety of fare from low price snacks to more expensive grills and speciality dishes. A Tesco superstore is only a five minute walk away.

Ilfracombe is the leading resort on Devon's Golden Coast offering everything a leading resort should have: shops, bars, cinema, a fabulous theatre, dancing, several interesting beaches and lots to do, or you can just stroll amongst the coloured lights and visit the wonderful harbour. There are coach trips, boat trips, putting, riding, fishing, tennis, surfing, an 18 hole golf course, Watermouth Castle and much, much more. 10 minutes by car and you can be on Woolacombe's fabulous 3 mile beach or Exmoor, Barnstaple, Lynton, Lynmouth, Clovelly, Dartmoor and Cornwall are easy half day trips. Visit the Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park for a good family day out. There is a bus service running quite near to our park from March to October.

Liked: The accomodation was lovely, we stayed in one of the gold apartments. Disliked: The area is quite hilly, we had no car so it was a pain, but then I suppose it is the countryside |

Directions
Leave M5 at Junction 27 and take the A361 towards Barnstaple for 26 miles then onto the A399 towards Combe Martin. After 14 miles turn on to the A3123 signposted Woolacombe. At Lynton Cross take the B3230 towards Ilfracombe. 1/2 mile later, fork left to Ilfracombe and the park is 1 mile on the left.

Cancellation policy
Optional cancellation plan for £24 per stay is available at the time of booking. The cancellation plan protects you from being liable to the balance of the rental, should you be forced to cancel prior to your holiday because of serious injury, illness, death, jury service or redundancy (to yourself or any member of your party). If this can be substantiated and has arisen since you made the booking, then you will no longer be liable for the balance of the rental. If the balance of the rental has been paid we guarantee to refund the balance. Deposit payments are non-refundable.
The decision of John Fowler Holidays Limited on all claims will be final. To qualify you must notify the holiday park immediately the circumstances arise. The cover is only valid if such qualifying circumstances arise before you leave your home for your holiday, only those persons due to come on holiday and listed on the club membership application, submitted prior to your arrival, will be covered by our Cancellation Plan. Should you need to cancel you must contact John Fowler Holidays immediately using the details in your confirmation email. Telephone cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Please note that your deposit paid to Pitchup.com is non-refundable.
Payment of balance
After payment of your Pitchup.com deposit, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance by John Fowler Holiday Parks and this balance is due immediately on receipt of the invoice.
