Liked: I liked the family of new owners and the Jail Ale at the Inn Pub which was convenient to use on site in cold weather.
Near the Eden project and other good sites.

Disliked: The site is a work in progress and needs time to develop either as a campsite or as a venue for music festivals. The ablution block needs a complete overall.
