Newperran is family run, and one of Britain's top five-star holiday parks. We offer touring and camping pitches. Newperran is spacious, in an elevated position with unspoilt countryside and distant sea views. Touring pitches are level with adjacent parking and are situated on the perimeter of camping areas which are surrounded by Cornish hedges and farmland with no road noise. The Cottage Inn restaurant, games room and launderette are also available.

At Newperran, visitors will find superb modern facilities for all of the family including a comfortable Cornish pub/restaurant, shop and launderette. We have a brand new indoor deck level heated swimming pool and toddlers' heated paddling pool, there is an adventure playground and also a toddlers' play area for the children.

There are four modern state-of-the-art shower blocks with individual cubicles including wash hand basins and toilet, together with individual shower cubicles, shaving points and hair dryers for your convenience. There is also a family room with built-in baby bath and facilities for our disabled customers.

Newperran is centrally located, ideal for touring Cornwall only five minutes from Perranporth beach (2 miles), 10 minutes from Newquay (5 miles) and Truro (8 miles) with its good shopping, cobbled streets and Cathedral is only 15 minutes away by car.

Out and about in Cornwall . . .
Summer in Cornwall is a time for local and traditional celebrations. Most villages have flower or music festivals and the towns have spectacular regatta or carnival weeks. The Minack open-air theatre at Porthcurno has performances throughout the summer and the Tate Gallery at St Ives has frequently changing exhibitions.

Truro, our beautiful old cathedral city, with its cobbled streets and excellent shopping centre is also well worth a visit, and is only 15 minutes away by car. For the youngsters there are many theme parks ranging from the historical to the just thrilling!

The Eden Project - a 50-metre deep crater, large enough for 35 football pitches houses two gigantic biospheres, the largest in the world - opened in Spring 2001. Home to thousands of plants, from tropical rainforests to warm temperate zones. This is one of the most inspired and exciting projects Cornwall has ever seen.

Our wonderful Cornish countryside and coastal walks will take your breath away.

Liked: I liked the layout of the campsite. Hugh pitches.
The shower blocks were immaculate. Free showers with constant hot water.
The swimming pool is great. Plenty of sunbeds too.
The recycling area is a great idea and really keeps the site clean and tidy.
The hosts were very friendly and accessible, very nice people.

Disliked: Nothing.

Nice site - pity the weather affected facilities offered

Liked: Large pitches.
Open space in middle of each camping field - not seen this at any campsite before!
Very clean

Disliked: Even though just out of peak season (1 week), I would have expected the bar to be open every night, but owners closed it due to lack of customers without notice.
Felt like owners had given up because weather was bad giving low occupancy.
