Luxury Cornish Yurts is a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We have just three beautiful hand-made yurts, nestling on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Each yurt has a private shower room and your own individual kitchen inside the barn. We offer our guests a wonderfully unique holiday experience where you can relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We cater for short breaks or a week-long stay or even longer. It’s ideal for a romantic tryst for two or a getaway for the whole family.

Each yurt is furnished with solid oak furniture and has a king sized bed and two futons. There is plenty of storage for clothes and personal belongings. Cosy rugs, a wood burning stove and thick felt liners ensure that no matter what the weather outside, inside you are snug and warm. Each yurt also has its own private decked area with patio table and chairs where you can sit and watch the sun set in quiet seclusion. It really is a magical way to spend a few nights away.

Our fantastic barn facilities mean that our guests do not need to share kitchen or shower rooms because inside the barn the 'Cow shed kitchen' has three individual fully fitted kitchens, fully stocked with everything our guests need. Each yurt also has a private heated shower room for your exclusive use. There is plenty of space within the kitchen to sit and relax on leather sofas or enjoy playing table football with other guests. We also have a good selection of toys and games for the children, books and complimentary tea and coffee.

Outside the barn there is a large firepit area with seating where you can have an open fire or enjoy a BBQ cooked over open flames. Alternatively, you can use our gas fired BBQ and enjoy sharing your days experiences with others around the open fire. Pick fresh herbs from our herb garden......or just sit and wile away an hour or so enjoying a glass of wine sitting on the decked area outside the kitchen.

We have tried to think of everything to make your holiday special so we provide rechargeable torches and lanterns, all your bedding and towels, first basket of logs, tea lights and lanterns, hot water bottles, free laundry facilities and even our own free range eggs.

Liked: we had a brill time here this month.
as novice campers we thought we would try glamping - for two reasons:
1) we dont have any camping stuff (this is not needed as the yurts are already to go)
2) As we have a young child we were worried about night weather (the heat in the yurt was amazing this is down to the very homely log burner)

i really cant express enough about our amazing ...

Disliked: i disliked nothing really didnt

Liked: I took on a job persuading my husband that it would be a good idea to have a short break in a Yurt. He was of the opinion that he is entitled to life's comforts, especially when on holiday! So on arrival one cold and wet evening, we were both full of apprehension.
However on arrival the welcome we recieved from Lindsey and David was both hospitable and natural. We were immediately impressed with ...

Disliked: There was nothing we disliked about Luxury Cornish Yurts. The weather was terrible but the comfort of the Yurt, the cleanliness fof the facilities and our hosts Lindsey and David made up for the weather.
