Forgewood is about getting back to nature, with all the luxuries nearby. The camp site is operated by the owners whose mission is to make your stay as memorable as possible. 2011 is our second year and we hope we have made it even better this year. You can camp in the middle of the woods, sitting around your fire or you can camp on the edge of the woods. We have no fixed pitches, so tents can easily be grouped together.
Eridge Park is a 3,500 acre estate and campers have the right to walk across it on permitted routes. Past Ice Caves, Victorian follies, a Saxon Fort and beautiful lakes. The Estate is one of the biggest natural deer parks in the country and is buzziung with nature.

Directions
Do not rely on your Sat Nav it will take you to the wrong place. From Tunbridge Wells follow the A26 towards Lewes and Crowborough. Go past the Nevill Crest and Gun on your right and continue for about half a mile. Turn left towards Rotherfield and Mayfield. Follow Sham Farm road for a mile and the campsite is on your left.
