Located at the side of the Wyre Estuary Country Park at Stanah, on the outskirts of Thornton-Cleveleys, the Park is only seven miles from Blackpool. The seaside town of Cleveleys is just over two miles away, with unlimited walking on vast open beaches or a sedate stroll on the new, award winning promenade. Heading further afield towards the Forest of Bowland and Lancaster, there is limitless countryside and pretty villages to explore, with the Lake District not far beyond.

Kneps Farm Holiday Park is an award winning holiday destination located 7 miles from the centre of Blackpool. We provide services for Touring Caravans, Motorhomes and Trailer Tents, as well as offering Camping Pods, Holiday Homes for hire, and services for privately owned Holiday Homes. Owned and managed by the Porter Family, Kneps Farm Holiday Park has been superbly developed over the years since it was established in 1967.

The park has it's own well stocked convenience store, a modern launderette, wireless internet access, and for children, a recently installed safe and secure playground. The park is well illuminated at night and has the added security benefit of 24-hour Vehicle Number Plate Recognition operated entry and exit barriers.

Being right on the edge of the Wyre Estuary Country Park, Kneps Farm is ideal for walkers, with dogs also being welcome on the Park. The area includes a Site of Special Scientific Interest and is a haven for wildlife, so bring your binoculars! You’ll find all kinds of birds, plants and animals, including the resident ducks and their ducklings.

TOURING
For Touring Clients, designated areas are provided for Caravans and Motor Caravans, with level Hard Standing pitches all with Electric Hook-Ups. Additionally, Super Deluxe Pitches with Water Hook-Up and drainage, as well as Electric Hook-Up, are available.

Our aim is to provide the best possible facilities, and our modern and luxurious centrally heated Amenity Building offers Family Bathrooms, Facilities for the Disabled, Baby Care Room, Scullery, Launderette and Chemical Toilet Disposal Point.

A regular renewal and upgrading programme is continuously in operation, not only keeping our standards high, but providing you with home comforts whilst on holiday.

CAMPING PODS
Is camping in a tent a bit drastic for you, but a caravan holiday is too much like home? Then why don’t you try one of our new Camping Pods!

Insulated, with a lockable door, and complete with heating, lighting, TV with DVD player and electricity sockets, Pods are a half way house between the two and offer the best of both worlds.

Park your car nearby; you just need to bring everything you need for camping, apart from your tent. Enjoy cooking alfresco and then retreat inside to the draught free security of being indoors! It’s also a ‘den thing’ adventure that the kids will love!

The Camping Pods are available in two sizes, sleeping 4 or 6 people. All our Camping Pods are strictly NO PETS* and NO SMOKING.

* We regret we cannot accept people who wish to bring pets with them in any of the accommodation we provide (except assistance dogs)

HOLIDAY HOMES FOR HIRE
For those who enjoy the comforts of home whilst on Holiday, why not try one of our own modern and superbly appointed Caravan Holiday Homes.

They are spacious, comfortable and include all services in the cost of Weekly or Short Break Hire. Features include: TV with DVD player, microwave, refrigerator, double glazing, central heating throughout and all bedding is provided. High chairs and cots can be hired if required for your stay.

All our Caravan Holiday Homes are strictly NO PETS* and NO SMOKING. Holiday Homes are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, until 10.00am on the day of departure.

You might enjoy the freedom of a caravan holiday but we believe in offering you all the home comforts that you are used to! Our modern Amenity Building continues to gain praise from our customers. It continues to win annual ‘Loo of the Year Awards’ and many say it contains the cleanest facilities they have seen.

Younger visitors, or just those who are young at heart, can enjoy the Children’s Play Area with slides and climbing frames, with a designated area for toddlers to explore! If you’re a gym regular, you can keep up your training with sessions on the Adult Play Gym.
