Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

1) Accommodation will be available from 2.00 p.m. on the stated day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
2) The balance is payable no later than 30 days before the commencement date of the holiday, or after receiving your Pitchup.com confirmation if the booking is within 30 days. Failing this, the company may cancel the booking. Should you cancel within 7 days of your arrival no refund will be given and all monies will be forfeited.
3) A bond of £65.00 is payable on arrival and is returned at the end of your holiday subject to everything being left clean and tidy. You are responsible for any loss, damage or breakages that may occur during your stay. Cheques are only accepted with a valid cheque card. For balance payments, credit card payments either in person or over the telephone are charged at 1.30% of the total price. Company credit cards are charged at 2.0%. Debit cards incur no charge in person and 1.11% over the telephone.
4) The Company shall reserve the right to refuse admission or the continued occupation of accommodation to any person for whatever reason at its sole discretion and without prejudice to its rights to retain monies that have been paid.
5) (There is no charge for guide dogs). You must inform us that you are bringing a pet when you book. You must bring your pet's basket with you as they are allowed on the understanding that they may not lie on the bedding or furniture. Pets must not be left unattended. Please keep your pets on a leash on the Park. Dogs can be let off the leash in certain fields adjacent to the Park.
6) One car only may be left at the holiday home. Others can be parked in the office car park. Please do not park on the grass.
7) You are asked to notify any shortcomings in your holiday home to the Park office immediately so that they may be remedied. No claim can be considered for shortcomings not so notified.
8) No smoking is permitted in the holiday home.
