Liked: The only redeeming feature was the fact that it was only 3 miles miles away from the beautiful city of chester.

Disliked: Site was dirty and unkept.
unfriendly welcome from owners.
not proper hardstanding pitchs, just looked like a road.
Cockerals waking you up at 5am.
Next to noisy busy road.
Toilets full of spiders and insects, not inviting.
Childrens bikes scattered all over, had to get out of car to move them.
Drainage problem,everywhere muddy and flooded.
Dog urinating in ladies toilets?
Generally disgusting site.

Liked: Myself and my 7 and 12 year old were in a trailer tent with electrics and had never stayed here before so we just booked for 3 nights but we found the family who owned the site to be really lovely genuine people who catered for all our needs , my parents aged 70 and 71 came down to stay with us and my daughter and her 6 and 2 year old and we ended up ...

Disliked: I didnt find anything to dislike really the road is very close but you soon switch off from it and the cockerels early morning call. If the toilet roll ran out they replaced it as soon as you ntold them and removed spiders .

Liked: Leaving!

Close to Chester

Disliked: Filthy loo blocks. We even ended up driving to a local restaurant to use their toilet.
Dirty sinks and showers, no loo paper.

Abandoned rusting bikes everywhere and even an abandoned car.

Many of the'touring' caravans haven't moved for ages.

Right beside a busy main road (traffic noise)

kids everywhere!

Had a really good holiday

Liked: Convenient location.
Freindly staff which were helpfully.
Very clean litter free sight

Disliked: Being woken up by cockerels at 4am right outside my tent.
Also the caravaners stole the toilet roll from the toilets as soon as it was replenished?
Can be noisy at night due to the road but the site is big enough to pick where you camp
