Pleasantly situated close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park and one mile from the Bronte village of Haworth and the Worth Valley Steam Railway, Upwood Holiday Park has panoramic views over the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Our family owned park is an ideal place to explore the surrounding area and make use of our excellent on-site facilities. These include a recently revamped toilet and shower block, and bar with entertainment and food during most weekends and busy periods.

Liked: The toilet block and showers were really hot and clean. Liked the music playing in there great idea. Disliked: We just new to motor homing, and found that the larger sites such as this, are not as personal and a little commercial for our liking, The smaller sites are a little more friendly and you get to meet the site owners and chat etc |

Experiencing camping Mega Pod style peasinapod (Young couple, 1 review, 0 photos)
Liked: Being keen tent campers we only discovered of the Pod's existence via pitchup.com. We wanted to hedge our bets and head out camping during September without the worry of being washed out or blown away by Autumn's early arrival. Disliked: Absolutely nothing! |

Directions
Take M62 to A629 Halifax or from Keighley onto A629, turn at the the Flappit pub down Brow Top Road. Take Black Moor Road one mile on the left. After 3/4 of a mile up Black Moor Road, turn left just before the bus shelter into the park.

Touring pitch for tents or touring caravans. Hard standings available at same price, please state preference but the site is well drained and generally hard standing is not essential.

Well insulated camping pod with heating, lighting and electric socket. Just bring your camping gear and leave the tent at home. Includes up to two dogs - please choose as a free extra. Our toilet and shower block has recently been revamped.

Ron, pretty harsh review given you found so many positives...... As you say you are new to motor homing. As site owner I like to think I'm quite a personable chap and pride myself on the fact that I am about to meet and greet customers. As it happened I was away with family on the weekend you visited, but I can usually be found on site doing the jobs that no-one else wants to do!
