Showers and toilet blocks were clean, tidy and warm however the showers got a little cold after 8:30am.

Liked: Great site with 2 nice parks for children and a football area. The toilet area was clean and the on site shop sold all the essentials. The food on site is nice and reasonably priced. Visited Mother Shiptons cave and Alton Towers which are both very close. Lots to do nearby. We will definitely come back.

Disliked: Pitches are quite close together but our neighbours were well behaved so no problems there :)

Liked: Nice facilities, the setting of the park is amazing. Good base to explore went to Knaresborough, Harrogate and Malham. Nice walk into Follifoot with two good pubs in the village. The facilities are spotless and the showers were very hot, theres even a bath. use of free hairdryers in the toilets and plugs for hair straighteners. Good on site pub.Glad they have changed the fob access system to a keypad entry system.
It was ...

Disliked: The pitch was very hard we hit lots of stones and bent loads of our tent pegs. I think we were in the section mainly used for tourers and not tents.

Liked: The quality of the grass pitches, well maintained, with lots of space and the shower and toilet block are never too far away.

Great site for easy access to Harrogate, Leeds and York - as a family we visited Flamingo Land, which was within an hours drive.

Safe place for children (2 year old and 11 year old) to play, open areas and playground/fields for them to run around in.

On site mini mart (small ...

Disliked: I can honestly say that there was nothing that we disliked about his site - in fact we even enquired about permanently siting our caravan there in the future as we had such a good trip/visit.

Liked: The grounds were amazing, the pitch was flat and level. The toilet/shower facilities were spot on with free use of hairdryers. The site is ideally situated between Wetherby and Harrogate both short drives away. the villiage of Follifoot is within walking distance there are two pubs there. Didnt use the pub on site so cant comment. Nice large pitches at least 10 by 8 with free hook up.

Disliked: Only minor thing was having to pay deposut of £5.00 for a fob to get in and out of the carpark, not a problem in itself but I wasnt aware and had to scrabble about for change as not been the cashpoint

Liked: I liked the Deerhouse family bar, nice, reasonably priced meals, very clean. The site itself is very well kept. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Some pitches are a bit tight when trying to manoeuvre a caravan on a slight hill with a small drop behind... tricky!! When booking in future would book hard standing pitch.
