Directions
If coming from the south or west the M62 will lead you to the A63 straight into Hull , keep going straight towards Hedon, you will pass some docks on your right , when you see BP power terminal you need to turn first right at the round about towards preston, after 3 miles you will enter Preston village, where you will turn left at the cross roads, just past the church you will take a first right towards Sproatley on Sproatley road, you will come to a staggered cross roads where you will go straight across, you will start to see three farms on the left all about 1000 metres apart, Spring valley is a bungalow which is the next property situated on the left as the road starts to dip.
